Common Questions

  • How does it work?

    It’s quite easy really. You need to call us on 0203 322 8282 or answer a few simple questions here then upload a copy of your paperwork (your ticket and/or any other letters you’ve received) We will normally contact within 24 hours to let you know if we can help. After payment is made we contact the parking company, council, traffic enforcement centre or bailiffs on your behalf and submit your appeal. You will get the reply back and in nearly all cases this is to confirm your ticket has been reduced or cancelled

  • How do I pay for the service?

    We use Worldpay who are one of the biggest card processors in Europe. We don’t store any of your financial information on our site. We accept all major credit and debit cards along with PayPal.

  • When do I pay for the service?

    Payment is only requested after one of our team or our online system has assessed your case and found their are grounds for reduction or cancellation. Once we have found grounds to challenge your ticket and you wish us to assist further then at that stage we request our admin fee for us to start your appeal.

  • Do you offer a Money Back Guarantee?

    Yes, we offer a money back guarantee if we are not able to reduce or cancel your ticket by at least the cost of our service. Each case is different, however if we are unable to provide this guarantee we will let you know in advance of requesting any payment. Please see our full terms and conditions here
